Transportation to Chicago
- by air: Attendees can arrive via O'Hare International or Midway airports in Chicago. Some attendees may find that it is financially advantageous to fly into Mitchell International airport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and take a train to Chicago.
- by train: Amtrak has trains that run through Union Station in downtown Chicago. See www.amtrak.com for details.
- by bus: There are several bus lines that run through Chicago. Both Greyhound and Megabus have stops at Union Station. See www.megabus.com

Transportation while in Chicago

- by taxi: The main cab services are Yellow Cab (312-TAXICAB) and Checker Cab (312-CHECKER).
- by airport shuttle: Continental Airport Express runs a shuttle from O'Hare to "all hotels and business locations in downtown Chicago" for approximately $25. Traveling From O'Hare:
Shuttles depart from O'Hare airport every 10-15 minutes for downtown service to Chicago hotels, downtown businesses, near north residential locations, and suburban locations. Our loading zones for boarding the Airport Express van are at Door 1E, Door 2D, and Door 3F across from baggage claim on the Baggage Claim level. At the international terminal we are located just outside Door 1E which is just outside of baggage claim and Customs. The last Airport Express van leaves O'Hare at 11:30 pm seven nights a week.
Airport Express Ticket Counters for purchasing tickets are located at Door 1E, Door 2D, and Door 3F lower level across from baggage claim on the Baggage Claim level.
Traveling To O'Hare:
Reservations in advance are required when traveling to O'Hare airport. All fares are due at time of pickup. Cash can be paid directly to the Driver. Credit cards (American Express, Visa and Mastercard) are accepted at both airports. When making a reservation for service to O'Hare, you can put it on your credit card via our website or by calling us directly at 888.284.3826. Our Drivers do not accept credit cards.
- by Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) public transit: which provides thorough bus and rail service in Chicago’s downtown area.
- The CTA train stop that is closest to the Hilton is 'Chicago' on the Red Line.
- Nearby CTA bus routes include the #66 along Chicago Avenue, and the #’s 145, 146, 147, and 151 along Michigan Avenue.

Parking
- At the Hilton Suites Chicago/Magnificent Mile: For attendees who wish to drive to the conference, parking is available at the Hilton. The cost is $43 per day, which includes valet services and a daily pass. Parking is available whether or not a guest is staying at the hotel.
